RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return one of our parts.

If you wish to return your purchase, please note that you have 15 days to do so, as long as you notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. This does not apply to garments purchased during seasonal closings, last pieces or discounts of any kind. 

Please email us at general@isanewstyle.com. You must include your purchase order number, date and the reason you are returning the item. We will send you an email with instructions to follow.

The product must be returned within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days ISA NEW STYLE reserves the right to accept the exchange or return of the merchandise.

Keep in mind that any product that is purchased in seasonal closure, last pieces or discounts of any kind, WILL NOT HAVE changes or refunds.

If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in perfect condition. Returned packages must include all bags, wrappings, boxes and certificates included in the original packaging.

We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund, once the package arrives at our warehouse. We will try to do this as soon as possible. Once your return is approved and processed, we will inform you by email. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any cost accrued for returns or exchanges requested by the customer, must be borne by the customer. We are also not responsible for Isa New Style merchandise that is not included in the returns and / or exchanges. In the case of manufacturing faults Isa New Style will assume the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing, with labels in bad conditions, with stains of any kind or with clear demonstration of use of the garment.

Underwear and/or Swimsuits are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Send an email to general@isanewstyle.com. Please include your order number, date and the reason you are exchanging the product. We will send you an email with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, stock permitting, as we only accept size exchanges for the same product with color variation. In the case of a return due to factory defects, whenever possible we will replace them with the same garment both in size and color.

We will ship your new product as soon as the exchange is processed in our store. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days from the day we receive your product back in our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the products are not in good condition, have been worn or altered in any way, or if the original tags are missing, with tags in bad condition, with stains of any kind or with clear evidence of use of the garment.

Note: All shipping costs for the exchange will be at the customer’s expense, as well as any price difference on the new product. If the price difference is in your favor, you will receive a Store Credit.

Our right not to accept your order or to cancel your purchase.

Fulfillment of all orders on the Website shall be subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order or to cancel the purchase contract after automatic order confirmation in the following situations (among others), in which we shall be exempt from any liability for damages, damages or costs (all payments will be refunded):

Shipping:

United States orders over $100 are FREE.

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: Shipments are made through different parcel companies. It is important to clarify that, once the package is picked up from our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery is delegated to the carrier. Any claim after that point must be managed by the customer with the company and it is understood that Isa New Style transmits the responsibility of the shipment to the carrier.

In Isa New Style we try to prepare your order as soon as possible, but you must take into account that each order has a maximum time of 3 working days to be processed, packed and shipped.

Shipments are usually made by USPS company and an order confirmation email is sent to the customer with the tracking number to track the order.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery, lost packages by delivery companies, or any other problems once your order has been shipped. In case of problems once your package has been shipped, you must make the claim directly with the delivery company selected by you in your purchase process.

If the order is returned by the carrier as undeliverable, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping.
